POINT LOMA RESOURCES LTD. ANNOUNCES SHARES FOR SERVICES ISSUANCES

Point Loma Resources Ltd. has issued a total of 50,001 common shares to eight of its senior officers and employees, with a value of no more than $2,500 per month for each such officer or employee, for the month ended Sept. 30, 2016.

Additionally, pursuant to a shares-for-services consulting agreement, the corporation has issued a total of 30,000 common shares to a consultant of the corporation, for the month ended Sept. 30, 2016.

The senior officer and employee shares were issued at the TSX Venture Exchange closing share price for Sept. 30, 2016, of 33 cents.
