PARIS ANNOUNCES GRANT OF OPTIONS

Paris Energy Inc. has granted to its officers, directors and certain of its employees options to acquire an aggregate of 50 million common shares of Paris at a price of 17 cents per share pursuant to Paris's share option plan. The options vest as to one-third on each of the first, second and third anniversaries of the date of grant, and have a term of five years. Paris currently has 857,044,761 common shares outstanding.
