Peregrine Diamonds Ltd. will list 71,921,597 share purchase warrants on the Toronto Stock Exchange at the open on Monday, Oct. 27, 2014, according to the TSX. The exchange reports the warrants were issued in connection with Peregrine's recently completed rights offering. Each unit sold under the rights offering consisted of one share and one warrant. Each warrant is exercisable for one Peregrine share at 21 cents until 2 p.m. (Vancouver time) on April 6, 2015.

The warrants will trade under the symbol PGD.WT and Cusip No. 713916 17 9.
