PERK.COM INC. APPOINTS FOUNDER AND PRESIDENT, ROJ NIYOGI, AS CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER OF ITS CORONA LABS DIVISION

Perk.com Inc. has appointed Roj Niyogi, the company's founder and president, to the position of chief executive officer of its newly acquired subsidiary, Corona Labs Inc., a leader in 2-D mobile game and app development. In addition to his existing responsibilities, Mr. Niyogi will lead this division of the company.

Ted Hastings, chief executive officer of Perk, commented: "Roj has done exceptional work in his role as president of the company. He helped create Perk and is the perfect choice to lead this division.
