Warrant exercise price:  15 cents for a three-year period (If the volume weighted average trading price is at 35 cents or higher for 21 consecutive trading days at any time after four months and one day after closing, the company may, upon giving notice to the warrantholder, shorten the expiry date of the warrants to 30 days from the date of notice.)
