PACIFIC-LINK CAPITAL INC. ANNOUNCES REINSTATEMENT OF TRADING OF COMMON SHARES AND APPOINTMENT OF DIRECTOR

Pacific-Link Capital Inc.'s common shares were reinstated for trading on the NEX board of the TSX Venture Exchange under the symbol PCL.H, effective at the market opening on Oct. 16, 2014.

The company is also pleased to announce the appointment of Azim Dhalla to its board of directors.

Mr. Dhalla is a securities registrant who has worked in various Vancouver-based brokerage firms over the past 25 years and is the principal of Foremost Capital Corp., an exempt market dealer, as well as a director of Leis Industries Ltd., a company listed on the exchange.

Patrick Wong, president and chief executive officer of the company, commented: "We are very pleased to have Azim join our board. I look forward to working with Azim to refine and implement our near- and long-term corporate strategy and to actively seek opportunities for a qualifying transaction as defined in the policies of the exchange."
