PACIFIC BAY CLOSES $25,000 SECOND TRANCHE OF PRIVATE PLACEMENT

Pacific Bay Minerals Ltd. has closed a $25,000 (500,000-unit) tranche of a $100,000, two-million-unit, five-cent-per-unit private placement announced Feb. 25, 2014, whereby each unit comprises one common share and one warrant to purchase an additional common share at 10 cents for one year from the date of issuance of the shares. The funds will be used for general working capital purposes. A first tranche of $50,000 was closed April 7, 2014.
