PRIMERO TO RELEASE SECOND QUARTER 2015 RESULTS ON AUGUST 5, 2015

Primero Mining Corp. plans to release its 2015 second quarter operating and financial results before the market opens on Wednesday, Aug. 5, 2015. A conference call will also be held on the same day at 10 a.m. ET to discuss second quarter operating and financial results.
