OREX EXPLORATION INC.: RESIGNATION OF THE PRESIDENT AND CEO

Mark Billings has resigned as a director, and interim president and chief executive officer of Orex Exploration Inc.

Commenting on this development, Jacques Levesque, chief financial officer, said: "Mark Billings has resigned in order to focus his attentions as chief executive officer of Canamex Resources Corp. and on other business interests. We would like to thank him for his past input to the Goldboro project in Guysborough county, Nova Scotia, and wish him well in the future with his other interests."

Marcel Faucher, director, was named interim president and chief executive officer of Orex.
