ORSU METALS CORPORATION: GRANT OF OPTIONS

Orsu Metals Corp. has granted 13 million options to purchase common shares of no par value in the company to the directors and senior management of the company as set out in the attached table.

The options were granted on Sept. 2, 2015, and each option entitles the grantee to purchase one common share at an exercise price of two cents. The options vest immediately and may not be exercised later than Sept. 2, 2020.

In addition, on the same date, a further 2.7 million options were issued to employees and consultants on the same terms as above.

Following the grant, as at the date of this announcement, a total of 16,305,000 options remain outstanding, representing approximately 8.9 per cent of the 182,696,049 common shares in issue (on an undiluted basis).
