01 Communique Provides an Update on its Patent Litigation with Citrix Systems Inc.

TORONTO, Feb. 25, 2014 /CNW/ -A Court Order was issued today granting 01 Communique's motion to lift the stay and proceed to trial in its patent lawsuit against Citrix Systems Inc. The action is being returned to the Court's active docket. The Court has scheduled a status conference with the parties for February 28, 2014 to discuss the parties' joint proposed schedule which called for discovery to be completed followed by a pretrial conference to be held on October 17, 2014. At the pretrial conference the trial date will be set.
