01 COMMUNIQUE PROVIDES AN UPDATE ON ITS PATENT LITIGATION WITH LOGMEIN INC.

01 Communique Laboratory Inc. today provided an update on its patent litigation against LogMeIn Inc., with a trial set to commence Monday, March 18, 2013.

At the pretrial conference held yesterday, a court date was set for March 18, 2013. In addition, there were two hearings that took place today, Friday, Jan. 18, 2013. The company's renewed motion for summary judgment on the issue pertaining to inequitable conduct was denied, and LogMeIn's motion to dismiss the case for failure to join an indispensable party was also denied.

"We remain confident in the merits of our case," said Andrew Cheung, president and chief executive officer for 01 Communique. "We are preparing in earnest for trial and look forward to our day in court, which is only two months away."
