The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing the company's proposal to issue 300,000 bonus warrants exercisable at 30 cents for a one-year period in consideration of loans totalling $100,000 (U.S.). The loans have a one-year term and bear interest at 6 per cent per year.
