ORBIT GARANT AMENDS AND EXTENDS CREDIT FACILITY WITH NATIONAL BANK OF CANADA

Orbit Garant Drilling Inc. has reached an agreement with National Bank of Canada on an amended and restated secured revolving credit facility. Under the terms of the credit facility, the maximum amount available to Orbit Garant is $25-million. The term of the credit facility is three years, with the facility maturing in December, 2017. The credit facility provides Orbit Garant with improved financial flexibility and an enhanced ability to pursue its growth initiatives.
