ORCA ENGAGES PRIMORIS GROUP AS INVESTOR RELATIONS CONSULTANT

Orca Touchscreen Technologies Ltd. has entered into a consulting agreement with Primoris Group Inc. of Toronto, Ont., by which Primoris will act as the company's investor relations consultant by providing pro-active, customized investor and media relations services at a rate of $6,000 per month. The initial term of the agreement is for one year, beginning Jan. 16, 2015, and the term renews automatically on a month-to-month basis until terminated by either party on 30 days written notice.
