The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing documentation relating to a purchase agreement dated May 28, 2015, between Sportech Games Holdco LLC and NYX Gaming Group Ltd. Pursuant to the agreement, the company shall acquire the remaining 50-per-cent interest in Sportech-NYX Gaming LLC.

As consideration, the company shall pay a total of up to $13-million and issue 2.2 million shares.
