NORDEX GRANTS STOCK OPTIONS TO OFFICERS AND DIRECTORS

Nordex Explosives Ltd. has granted a total of 640,000 options to acquire common shares to the directors and senior officers of Nordex, effective Aug. 29, 2014, pursuant to the stock option plan of the company. The exercise price of the options is 43 cents per share. The options are exercisable for a period of five years from the date of grant. The grant of such stock options is subject to receipt of all necessary TSX Venture Exchange and regulatory approvals.
