The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing an option agreement dated April 12, 2017, between Nxgold Ltd. and Kenorland Minerals Ltd. (the vendor), whereby the company may acquire an up-to-100-per-cent interest in the Chicobi project located northeast of Amos, Que. Consideration is $100,000 cash, 800,000 common shares and $2-million in exploration expenditures on or before Oct. 1, 2018, to earn an 80-per-cent interest. In order to earn the remaining 20-per-cent interest, an additional $1-million in exploration expenditures on or before the third anniversary date of the effective date and a 2-per-cent NSR (net smelter return) payable to the vendor are required.
