The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing documentation relating to an amendment agreement dated Sept. 24, 2014, between the company, and Evolving God Corp. and Rattlesnake Mining Company, which amends an earlier option agreement on the Rattlesnake Hills property by extending the deadlines for the final three option payments by three months in consideration of the payment of $75,000 (U.S.) and 200,000 common shares.
