Effective at the close of business on Thursday, Jan. 23, 2014, the common shares of Novus Energy Inc. will be delisted from the TSX Venture Exchange. The delisting of the company's shares results from Yanchang Petroleum International Ltd., through its wholly owned subsidiary, Yanchang International (Canada) Ltd. purchasing 100 per cent of the company's shares pursuant to an arrangement agreement dated Sept. 3, 2013.
