Pursuant to a resolution passed by shareholders on Nov. 13, 2015, the company has changed its name as follows. There is no consolidation of capital.
Effective at the opening, Monday, July 4, 2016, the shares of the New Pacific Holding Corp. will commence trading on the TSX Venture Exchange and the common shares of New Pacific Metals Corp. will be delisted from the Toronto Stock Exchange. The company is classified as an investment company.
The company is presently trading on the TSX as a mining company and will be delisted at the close on Thursday, June 30, 2016.
