NANOTECH GRANTS OPTIONS AND RESTRICTED SHARE UNITS
Nanotech Security Corp. has granted 417,500 share purchase options to directors and officers. The options
are for five years at $1.40 and bring the total options granted to 3.6 per cent of outstanding shares. The company
has also granted 233,533 restricted share units of which 187,667 are to directors and officers.

Nanotech designs, manufactures and markets nano-optic OVDs and OTF products. These products have brand protection and enhancement applications across a wide range of markets, including banknotes, secure government documents, commercial branding and the pharmaceutical industry.
The company is initially focusing its efforts on the banknote market due to its high margins and its established customer base.
