NANOTECH APPOINTS TROY BULLOCK PRESIDENT

Nanotech Security Corp. has appointed Troy Bullock to the senior corporate office of president, in addition to his continuing role as chief financial officer. Reporting to chief executive officer Doug Blakeway, Mr. Bullock's additional responsibilities will include broader operational oversight of finance, production, research and development, and contract administration. This appointment will allow Mr. Blakeway to focus more time on product innovation, corporate development, strategic partnerships and sales growth.

"With Troy's solid background in leading project implementation and large-scale manufacturing teams, he is the right person to help guide Nanotech as we scale to the next level," said Mr. Blakeway. "Having Troy oversee our operations allows me to concentrate on business strategy to grow Nanotech's business."

Mr. Bullock first joined the company in 2014, and is a senior finance and operations professional with more than 20 years of international experience. He is a veteran of companies characterized by significant growth, international operations and sophisticated commercial transactions. Mr. Bullock has more than a decade of senior financial and operational leadership. Previously he was CFO at Norsat International Inc. and Ascalade Communications Inc., and CEO at Stormtech Performance Apparel Ltd.
