NORTHERN SPHERE MINING CORP. ANNOUNCES CLOSING OF A SECOND TRANCHE PRIVATE PLACEMENT

Northern Sphere Mining Corp. has closed a second tranche of its previously announced private placement. The company issued 450,000 common shares at a price of 10 cents per common share.

Common shares issued pursuant to the private placement are subject to a four-month hold period from the date of closing. The net proceeds from the private placement will be used toward continuing development of mining assets and for general working capital.
