PLAINTREE SYSTEMS INC. ANNOUNCES THE RE-FILING OF THE DECEMBER 31, 2014 UNAUDITED INTERIM FINANCIAL STATEMENTS AND MD&A

Plaintree Systems Inc. is refiling its interim statements for the three- and nine-month periods ended Dec. 31, 2014, in order to include the interim condensed consolidated statement of shareholders' equity for the nine-month period ended Dec. 31, 2014, which was previously omitted. The refiled statements also include a correction to reflect an adjustment to contributed surplus in the company's balance sheet from $1,807,336 to $2,090,750 that was identified subsequent to the original issuance of the interim condensed consolidated financial statements.
