The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing a letter of agreement dated June 22, 2015, between Northern Empire Resources Corp., and J.M. Dawson and G.D. Belik, whereby the company can acquire a 100-per-cent interest in the Manson Creek property (three claims, 3,484 hectares), located in the Omineca mining division, Mackenzie, B.C. Consideration is $225,000 and 500,000 common shares over a four-year period. The vendors retain a 2-per-cent net smelter return (NSR), one-half of which can be purchased for $1-million within the first five years and $2-million thereafter. After the consideration noted above is paid, the vendor will be paid an advance royalty payment of $25,000 yearly.
