Purchase price:  7.5 cents per common share

Warrants:  664,190 common share purchase warrants to purchase 664,190 common shares

Warrant exercise price:  11.5 cents per common share for a 24-month period following the closing of the private placement

Number of placees:  Three placees

The company has announced the closing of the private placement by way of a news release dated Sept. 9, 2014.
