Warrant term to expiry:  four years

Number of placees:  21 placees

Insider:  Palisade Global Investment Ltd. (Collin Kettell), two million

Total pro group involvement:  500,000 (one placee)

Finders' fees:  Tamas Bakacs, $28,000 cash; PI Financial Corp., $700 cash; Haywood Securities Inc., $11,900 cash; Gravitas Securities Inc., $10,500 cash
