NEWNOTE FINANCIAL CORP. ENTERS JAPANESE MARKET WITH ALLIANCE PARTNER

Newnote Financial Corp. has entered into a partnership with PrimeBit KK, a duly registered company in Japan, to provide and market the Newnote Pure Trade Exchange platform in Japan.

Newnote has been working this year to develop and test its Pure Trade Exchange platform with many leading features and to launch this internationally with alliance partners. The company is currently in final beta testing of its Pure Trade Exchange platform, which will allow individuals to trade crypto-currency. The platform will be unique in that will allow users to see an order book and market depth, similar to what professional traders see when they buy and sell stocks. The company expects to launch the Pure Trade Exchange in November after successful beta testing.

PrimeBit will have the exclusive rights to market the Pure Trade platform in Japan, and will be allowed to white label the platform under its own cultural-specific branding. This is the strategy that Newnote will have in order to quickly leverage its IT (information technology) infrastructure to expand internationally.

Paul Dickson, Newnote president and chief executive officer, stated: "This is a significant milestone for Newnote and its Pure Trade crypto-currency exchange.
