NORTHCORE RESOURCES CLOSES $10,000 NON-BROKERED FLOW-THROUGH PRIVATE PLACEMENT

Northcore Resources Inc. has closed a non-brokered flow-through-share private placement in an amount of $10,000. The corporation completed this placement by issuing, to an arm's-length investor, 10 flow-through common share units at a price of $1,000 per unit. Each unit will consist of 16,000 flow-through common shares and 4,000 treasury common shares. Each share is issued at a price of five cents. The underlying shares will be subject to a four-month-and-one-day hold period. The funds will be used for exploration on the corporation's properties and for working capital purposes.
