NUVOLT ANNOUNCES THE RENEWAL OF ITS PROMOTIONAL PROGRAM IN COLLABORATION WITH OPTIMUM FARM INSURANCE

Nuvolt Corporation Inc. has renewed its promotional program in collaboration with Optimum Farm Insurance Inc., a program designed to encourage farm owners to install the SmartScan solution, and to subscribe to its continuing surveillance and monitoring service.

According to J. Sebastien Lagarde, executive vice-president at Optimum: "Optimum Farm Insurance is pairing with Nuvolt to promote the SmartScan solution, a technology which provides an efficient and predictive maintenance tool for the prevention of electrical failures in livestock farms. Electrical failures are the No. 1 cause of fires in farms." Optimum is offering an important yearly rebate on the damage insurance premium to farm owners who subscribe to the SmartScan monitoring service.

This program is a testimony to the interest in modern solutions such as SmartScan, which promotes the prevention and protection of a producer's assets", states Pierre-Andre Meunier, president and chief executive officer at Nuvolt.

This surveillance service is offered and delivered to the agriculture market by Agrivolt, a wholly owned division of Nuvolt.
