TODD MINERALS LTD. ANNOUNCES FURTHER INVESTMENT IN NORTHCLIFF RESOURCES LTD.

Todd Minerals Ltd.'s wholly owned subsidiary, Todd Sisson (NZ) Ltd. (Todd Holdco), has entered into a subscription agreement with Northcliff Resources Ltd., pursuant to which Todd Holdco will acquire 7.38 million common shares of the company. Todd Holdco currently owns 13,888,889 common shares of the company, representing approximately 15 per cent of the issued and outstanding shares. As a result of the acquisition of additional common shares, Todd Holdco will increase its interest in the company to approximately 19.9 per cent of the issued and outstanding common shares of the company.
