NORTHERN BLIZZARD ANNOUNCES CLOSING OF $19 MILLION OVER-ALLOTMENT OPTION

In connection with the initial public offering and secondary offering of common shares of Northern Blizzard Resources Inc. at an offering price of $19 per share, the overallotment option granted to the underwriters by existing shareholders has been partially exercised for additional gross proceeds to the selling shareholders of $19-million. Northern Blizzard will not receive any proceeds from the exercise of the overallotment option. Total size of the offering, after the exercise of the overallotment option, is $519-million. The offering was made through a syndicate of underwriters co-led and joint bookrun by CIBC, RBC Capital Markets, Scotiabank and TD Securities Inc.
