NORTH BLUFF ANNOUNCES TERMINATION OF PROPOSED ACQUISITION OF BIODEGRADABLE TECHNOLOGIES GENERAL PARTNERSHIP

The definitive asset purchase agreement dated June 9, 2011, between North Bluff Capital Corp. and the Biodegradable Technologies Partnership (BTGP), pursuant to which North Bluff agreed to acquire certain assets of BTGP, has terminated in accordance with its terms.

In connection with the acquisition, no proceeds were advanced to BTGP or any of its related parties, and the company did not assume any contingent liabilities or guarantees.

North Bluff's shares are listed on the NEX board of the TSX Venture Exchange but have not traded since the announcement of the proposed BTGP transaction. North Bluff intends to investigate and pursue other strategic opportunities with a view to enhancing shareholder value and intends to apply to the exchange for a reinstatement to trading.
