NORTH BLUFF CAPITAL ANNOUNCES DIRECTOR RESIGNATION

Eric Ah-Yon has resigned from North Bluff Capital Corp.'s board of directors.

The company continues to pursue its proposed acquisition of the Biodegradable Technologies General Partnership. As disclosed in news releases dated July 8, 2010, and June 9, 2011, the company has entered into a definitive asset purchase agreement relating to the company's acquisition of certain assets of Biodegradable Technologies. The company has made an initial submission to the TSX Venture Exchange in connection with the acquisition and there have been no changes to the terms of the acquisition as detailed in the news releases of the company dated July 8, 2010, and June 9, 2011.

Trading in the common shares of the company will remain halted pending further filings with the exchange.
