Effective July 14, 2016, the amended and restated short form prospectus of North American Nickel Inc. dated July 12, 2016, was filed with and accepted by the TSX Venture Exchange, and filed with and receipted by the British Columbia, Alberta and Ontario securities commissions, pursuant to the provisions of the British Columbia, Alberta and Ontario securities acts.

The TSX Venture Exchange has been advised that closing occurred on July 21, 2016, for gross proceeds of $6,950,168.10.
