MORNEAU SHEPELL ANNOUNCES NEW APPOINTMENT TO BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Morneau Shepell Inc. has appointed Kevin Pennington the company's board of directors, effective immediately. Mr. Pennington is the chief human resources officer of Fiserv Inc., a leading global technology provider serving the financial services industry, driving innovation in payments, processing services, risk and compliance, customer and channel management, and business insights and optimization. He is located in Atlanta, Ga.

Mr. Pennington has held senior executive and human resources positions in both Canada and the United States during his more than 30-year career, including roles in the Canadian telecom industry and a number of United States-based technology and telecommunications firms.

Mr. Pennington holds a bachelor of science degree in behavioral science/management as well as a master of science degree in counselling, both from Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania.
