MIRASOL GRANTS OPTIONS

Mirasol Resources Ltd. has granted 715,876 incentive stock options under its incentive stock option plan to certain directors, officers, employees and consultants. A portion of these options (255,000 options) relate to recent appointments to the board and the officers, which will provide greater depth to the company's management team. The options are exercisable at $2.85 for a period of three years from the date of grant.
