The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing a property assignment agreement dated Nov. 25, 2015, between Recursos Millrock S. de R.I. de C.V., a subsidiary of Millrock Resources Inc., and Minera Teck S.A. de C.V., whereby the company can acquire a 100-per-cent interest in the Batamote property, Sonora, Mexico. Consideration is 173,112 Mexican pesos and 109,890 common shares. The vendor will retain a 0.5-per-cent net smelter return (NSR).
