The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing an assignment of mineral exploration licence dated March 6, 2015, between Millrock Resources Inc. and Millrock Alaska LLC, a 100-per-cent-owned subsidiary of the company, and Kinross Gold U.S.A. Inc. (the assignor), whereby the assignor assigns the right to the company to undertake mineral exploration activities on the Goodnews Bay property, Alaska.
