The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing documentation pursuant to an amended and restated option agreement between Morro Bay Resources Ltd. and Riverside Resources Inc., whereby the company will deliver one-half of the $1.5-million payment, which is payable in cash or common shares of the company, as outlined in the agreement. Accordingly, the company will issue 10,135,135 shares at a deemed price of 7.4 cents per share.

Additionally, Riverside has agreed to extend the option exercise date for the Penoles project in Durango, Mexico. The option date has been extended to now be the later of Nov. 30, 2014, and the date which is 75 days after the completion of an agreed upon work program
