The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing documentation pertaining to a securities purchase agreement, dated March 18, 2014, between Mooncor Oil & Gas Corp. and Pinetree Capital Ltd., a Toronto Stock Exchange-listed company, whereby Pinetree will acquire 10 million units of the company at a price of five cents per unit in exchange for 819,672 common shares of Pinetree at a deemed value of 61 cents per share. Each unit compriss one common share and one common share purchase warrant, exercisable into one common share of the company at 10 cents for a two-year period.
