Warrant exercise price:  15 cents for a one-year period

Number of placees:  15 placees

Finders' fees:  A total of $22,440.80 plus 230,007 finders' warrants (each exercisable into one common share at a price of 15 cents for a one-year period), payable to Dundee Securities Ltd., Mackie Research Capital Corp., Whitehaven Securities Inc. and Foremost Capital Corp.
