MOOD VISUALS PROVIDES FIRSTBANK WITH LIVE FEED OF USA PRO CHALLENGE, BROADCAST ON 21-SCREEN VIDEO WALL AT FLAGSHIP DENVER STORE
Mood
Media Corp. is proud to expand its relationship with FirstBank during a
major sporting event taking place this week in Colorado. The USA Pro
Challenge is one of the most popular bike races in the nation, drawing
more spectators than any other event throughout the year in the state.
The scenic and challenging course launched Aug. 18 in Aspen and is
now making its way through Monarch Mountain, Colorado Springs, Vail,
Breckenridge and is finally completing in Denver on Aug. 24.
To amplify its affiliation as a corporate sponsor, FirstBank opted to
broadcast a live feed of the event on its large 21-screen video wall,
which was already in place facing heavy outside foot traffic around the
Union Station flagship store in Denver. Mood has replaced the branch's
standard content feed of videos, graphics, news, weather and RSS feeds
with event-specific content, engaging FirstBank customers and passing
pedestrians in the Pro Challenge experience. The video content is
delivered using the industry-leading MVision 425 player, a device built
specifically for retail multimedia content needs.
"As a proud corporate sponsor of the popular USA Pro Challenge,
FirstBank chose to do something on a greater scale this year. With a
relationship dating back more than 10 years, we turned to Mood in order
to implement our vision within the needed timeline. We are pleased to
share the race with the downtown Denver community," said Brian Jensen,
senior vice-president of marketing from FirstBank.
Global chief product officer David Van Epps added: "Mood Media is proud
to have played a small part in the excitement of this year's USA Pro
Challenge. Providing live action content to FirstBank's video wall is
just one example of how our visuals team is elevating our clients' brand
experience with smart customer engagement."
