MERCATOR MINERALS FILES TECHNICAL REPORT ON INTERGEO MMC LTD'S AK-SUG COPPER PROJECT

In connection with the proposed business combination between Mercator Minerals Ltd. and Intergeo MMC Ltd., as announced on Dec. 12, 2013, Mercator has filed, under its profile on SEDAR, the preliminary economic assessment (PEA) report on Intergeo MMC Ltd.'s Ak-Sug copper project. The PEA, dated Nov. 8, 2012, was prepared in accordance with National Instrument 43-101 and can also be found on the company's website.
