MELKIOR APPOINTS NEW CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER; MELKIOR HEAD OFFICE MOVES TO NEW LOCATION

Melkior Resources Inc. has appointed David Lindsay as its new chief financial officer, as of Jan. 1, 2017, replacing Sabino Di Paola.

Mr. Lindsay holds a certificate in Canadian tax executives and has obtained secret clearance with the federal government. He is a member of the Financial Management Institute of Canada. He has worked with the private, government and non-government business sectors, including Domtar Forest Products (comptroller), Churchill Falls (Labrador) Corp. (project controller), Canadian Institutes of Health Research (financial accountant), Accu-tech Computer Systems (vice-president of finance) and Federation of Canadian Municipalities (financial adviser for greenhouse gas project).

Melkior Resources has relocated its head office to 66 Brousseau Ave., Suite 207, Timmins, Ont., P4N 5Y2, allowing a closer proximity to current and coming projects.

The board of directors would like to thank Mr. Di Paola for his work as chief financial officer and chief operating officer during the restructuring of the corporation.
