The TSX Venture Exchange has consented to the extension of the following warrants.

Original expiry date of warrants:  Oct. 20, 2016

New expiry date of warrants:  Oct. 20, 2018

Exercise price of warrants:  five cents

These warrants were issued pursuant to a private placement of a total of 7.81 million shares, with 7.81 million share purchase warrants attached, which was accepted for filing by the exchange effective Oct. 20, 2014.
