FINAL APPROVAL OF PRIVATE PLACEMENT FROM TSX.V

Maple Leaf Green World Inc. has now received final acceptance from the TSX Venture Exchange for its previously announced non-brokered unit offering of common shares and warrants at a price of 10 cents per unit. Gross proceeds of $600,000 were raised under the private placement through the issuance of six million units at a price of 10 cents per unit. Each unit was composed of one common share and one common share purchase warrant at 15 cents per share for two years. A total of $70,000 or 700,000 units were subscribed by insiders. All securities issued pursuant to the private placement are subject to a four-month hold period.
