MINFOCUS RECEIVES SECOND REQUEST FOR SHAREHOLDER MEETING

Minfocus Exploration Corp. received a letter on May 17, 2018, requisitioning a meeting of the Minfocus shareholders.

The special committee of independent Minfocus directors, previously appointed by the board of directors of the company, will review the request and report in due course.
