MILL CITY GOLD CORP.: GRANT OF INCENTIVE STOCK OPTIONS

Mill City Gold Corp. has granted to directors and a consultant of the company incentive stock options to purchase a total of 3.8 million common shares of the company under the company's current stock option plan. The options will vest as to 25 per cent upon the date of grant and 12-1/2 per cent every quarter thereafter with an expiry date of Oct. 1, 2017, and are exercisable at a price of 10 cents per share.
